What You Will Be DoingÂ
The mobility ecosystem involves many key stakeholders across the globe: all levels of government, utilities, energy retailers, tech giants and more. ChargePoint has spent more than a decade honing its unique business model wherein every participant contributes to and benefits from a virtuous cycle of fueling network buildout. Investors, financial analysts, customers, partners, policy makers, automakers, energy and utility organizations, journalists, industry analysts turn to ChargePoint to learn about the fueling network of the future. Additionally, as more and more drivers enter the ecosystem, ChargePoint is positioned to be a source of education and trust while providing reliable EV charging services they depend on for all their transportation needs. We deliver this education and thought leadership through a number of surfaces such as web, press, social, company collateral and campus visits. We are seeking a seasoned Marketing leader to manage a team of highly skilled Content Marketing and Brand Experience Managers in stewarding the company narrative into the future. As part of the ChargePoint Consumer & Integrated Marketing Team you will:Â
- Create the vision for the evolved Content & Brand Experience disciplinesÂ
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to discover and implement a cohesive ChargePoint narrative across multiple formats for maximum influence and impact.Â
- Own content and brand experience performance metrics, monitoring engagement and analyzing data. Â
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content & brand experience strategy and calendar that is built to deliver real-world results for the company. Work across functions to map out the most efficient processes to activate the strategy. Â
- Drive amplification of content through different marketing channels and collaborate with product marketing, marketing operations, and growth team members on content distribution. Â
- Be responsible for creation, quality control and delivery across all content formats including but not limited to brochures, press releases, customer stories, case studies, presentations, eBooks, blogs, websites, education and email campaign materials. Â
- Manage production of content with internal and external design resources. Oversee feedback and approvals, deliver projects on time, and identify process efficiencies.Â
- Own the corporate style guide and company taxonomy while partnering with our design team to ensure brand guidelines are implemented across deliverables. Â
- Develop members of Content & Brand Experience team, including communication of best practices, goals, priorities and feedback for development. Â
- Identify improvement in overall processes and partnerships and consistently drive implementation of changes and solutions.Â
- Develop Brand Experience approach for North America, and work with colleagues to enable an Â
appropriate EU experienceÂ

Qualifications Â
- Minimum 8+ years overall in well-established companies with 5 years in high tech B2B or B2BC marketing organizations, and a minimum 3 years of front-line, team management. Â
- Passion for communication and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Â
- Experience building or evolving a brand through effective storytelling and crafting an audience centric narrative while understanding the importance of unified and consistent messaging across all marketing and communications. Â
- Ability to manage in the global, high tech market reality. You can balance competing priorities and deadlines with discipline, taking phased approaches, attention to detail, and experience operating in fast-paced environments. Â
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills. Â
- Project management skills and acumen, familiarity with project management tools such as Asana. Â
- Recruit, manage and cultivate a full-time team of global content and brand experience marketers. Â
- Self-motivated, driven and able to work with minimal supervision by bringing passion and a sense of ownership not just of teams and tasks – but of outcomes. Â
- We’re a rapidly growing and expanding company. You’ll need to have some amount of startup DNA to think on your feet, see changes as possible opportunities, and be open to occasional international travel – though expected at less than 10%. Â
- Degree in Marketing (or other relevant field of study) or equivalent foundational experience (MBA preferred)Â

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Â
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $147,500 to $228,750. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.Â
