Director, Corporate Development

FabFitFun is searching for a sales-oriented Director, Corporate Development to join our team. Reporting directly to Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Daniel Broukhim, this innovative and strategic thinker will be instrumental in driving business growth through leading direction-setting sales strategy and acquisition initiatives for the organization. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial at heart, and thrives at solving complex problems in a fast-paced, evolving setting. 

The Director of Corporate Development is based out of our West Hollywood HQ and is required to work onsite.

 What You’ll  Do:

• Act as a driving force behind critical strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives
• Discover and evaluate potential business extensions and initiatives of FFF, with the ability to oversee development and management of early stage ventures
• Optimize infrastructure of product offerings related to sourcing and 3PL capabilities
• Oversee Sales team while spearheading new growth and current pipeline 
• Generate untapped and potential initiatives including, but not limited to, M&A, retail strategies, and corporate gifting  
• Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with existing and potential partners
• Prepare and present strategic decks 
• Form strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders across all facets of the business

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in corporate development or a related field such as venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting
• Strong sales ability
• Experience driving multiple business deals through all phases; ability to manage complex negotiations from start to finish
• A creative and curious mind that leverages creative problem solving skills to uncover and develop new ideas and revenue opportunities for the organization
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Proven  track record of problem solving, attention to detail, and delivering results cross-functionally
• Able to prioritize multiple projects and interface with multiple stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions and develop analytical frameworks
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator
