We are seeking a Corporate Development Director who has extensive deal and operational insight and experience managing and closing strategic partnerships and M&A transactions. You will help develop medium and long-term growth strategies, identify, evaluate, and recommend potential M&A and investment opportunities, and lead the execution of deals. You will work with cross-functional teams and report to the Senior Director, Corporate FP&A. The role will be responsible for all aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including strategic evaluation, deal structure, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.

Your Impact
  • Act as an experienced business and corporate development executive with consistent record of delivering material revenue growth through strategic alliances, M&A and ecosystems
  • Work closely with the Sr. Leadership team to develop a robust M&A/investment pipeline focused on inorganic growth opportunities (M&A, investments) in both existing and adjacent markets
  • Conduct strategic analyses and industry research to help identify and evaluate potential investment and/or acquisitions opportunities
  • Drive all aspects of a deal, including sourcing/pre-diligence efforts, qualification, initial rationale and pitch, financial modeling and valuation, due diligence, closing and integration activities
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, and Sales throughout the various stages of a transaction including strategically and have strong financial and deal-making skills.
Your Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity, management consulting, corporate strategy
  • Deep experience in the technology sector, SaaS preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated financial valuation and deal execution skills
  • Master's degree in Business Administration/related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in an innovative, fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous high-priority projects
