Yext is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to join the Finance team. The right individual will oversee a broad range of corporate FP&A matters, ranging from G&A and R&D business partnering, cash forecasting, investor activities, budgeting, and other areas. This role includes significant exposure to C-level executives, other senior leaders, and the investment community.
What You’ll Do
- Build and direct the corporate finance team, which is responsible for developing and representing Yext’s financials to Executives, Board, Management, and external parties
- Partner with non-Sales Executives on annual planning, monthly forecast, and overall P&L management
- Oversee partnerships with Investor Relations, Accounting, and other key groups to refine and enhance corporate financial model and forecasts
- Develop and analyze key financial and business metrics used by the company and senior management to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
- Foster partnership with investor relations to serve as an expert source for financial and analytical insights to support investor calls, meetings, and presentations
- Direct a team to perform ad hoc analyses that drive strategic business decisions
- Provide senior leadership oversight to the annual budgeting and quarterly and monthly reforecast processes. Ensure operations are executing to the financial plan
What You Have
- 7 years of experience in financial analysis, including excellent analytical skills and a strong proficiency in financial modeling
- Bachelor's Degree or similar level college education in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA and/or CFA preferred
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
