We are looking for a Director, Corporate Marketing to lead Aspire's Brand, Customer and Product Marketing functions in addition to being the main point of contact between Aspire's parent company's Demand Generation function, Aspire Corporate Marketing and the Aspire leadership team. Reporting to Aspire's CEO, the Director, Corporate Marketing role will lead a team of creative, event, and communications professionals to drive awareness in our industry as well as direct the efforts for Customer and Product Marketing. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in a multi-product, high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, manage, mentor, train, and develop a team through hiring and leadership best practices.
  • Serve as the main liaison between Aspire leadership, Aspire corporate marketing and ServiceTitan's Demand Generation team to help shape the company's strategy and business plan, and ensure all functional areas are in alignment.
  • Work cross-functionally to partner with product development, customer success and sales to improve user experience.
  • Craft and maintain the company brand, including positioning, messaging, tone, design, and public relations.
  • Build the brand through exceptional creative and provide direction on brand-level video, web, and graphic design projects.
  • Produce and drive attendance at the most remarkable events in the industry.
  • Influence public opinion through PR and trade media relationships.
  • Provide strategic guidance on identifying and engaging with media, analysts, and influencers, and industry partnerships.
  • Remain knowledgeable of internal company marketing initiatives, including major announcements, thought leadership, and content creation.
  • Work closely with the product and technology team to develop core positioning and messaging for all products by understanding the competitive marketplace, its direction and best opportunities for Aspire to acquire market share.
  • Handle public relations and community outreach programs, along with overseeing social media marketing strategy
  • Possess the capacity to think strategically, thoughtfully, and holistically about the market and product suite to execution drive to get the job done.
  • Contribute to building a "best place to work" and a winning culture that attracts and retains the best and the brightest.

What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years' experience at a Director level in a B2B company
  • Proven marketing experience in B2B software.
  • Data-driven; analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course correct with data, as well as report and optimize results using data.
  • Growth experience/Ability to be hands-on in a high-growth software company environment.

Where You'll Work:
Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based. Fully remote employees will stay remote.
