The Role
As the Director, Corporate Security to lead our organization's efforts in safeguarding our internal operations and assets. The Director, Corporate Security will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect our organization from threats and ensure the safety and security of our employees, facilities, and information.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as you will be liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate security threats effectively. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, capable of building and leading a high-performing security team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Â

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement internal security policies and procedures: Design and enforce security protocols and guidelines to safeguard the organization's assets, including physical facilities, information systems, data, and intellectual property.
- Risk assessment and mitigation: Conduct regular assessments to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the organization. Develop strategies and action plans to mitigate risks, improve security measures, and respond effectively to incidents.
- Security operations management: Oversee the day-to-day security operations of the organization, including access control systems, surveillance systems, and security personnel. Ensure the effective deployment and utilization of security resources to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Incident response and investigation: Establish protocols and procedures for responding to internal security incidents, including breaches, thefts, unauthorized access, and other violations. Lead investigations into security incidents, collect evidence, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to take appropriate actions.
- Security awareness and training: Build upon and deliver training programs to educate employees on security best practices, emergency procedures, and incident reporting. Foster a security-conscious culture within the organization and promote a high level of awareness among all staff members.
- Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with other relevant departments to ensure alignment of security initiatives with organizational objectives. Ensure all proper onboarding and offboarding procedures are adhered to. Coordinate with external entities and security vendors as necessary.
- Compliance and audit adherence: Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to internal security. Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and implement necessary measures to meet our audit obligations.
- Security technology and innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging security technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture. Make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and oversee their implementation.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the field of information security.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing security strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and respond to security incidents effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience administering EDR platforms, directory services and security awareness training platforms a plus.
- Previous experience with SOC and PCI.
- Professional certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISM) are desirable.
- Experience with security technology, including access control systems, surveillance systems, and incident management tools.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $137,500 - $186,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
