With creator commerce driving the present and future of retail forward, LTK is experiencing explosive growth and continually looking to expand the team to capitalize on the multitude of growth avenues presented. As a Manager of Creator Acquisition, you will play a critical role in achieving LTK’s vision and will report directly to the VP of Creator Expansion & Retention. You will help to build and manage a mission-driven team of creator acquisition reps, collaborate with the sales sourcing & operations to set the strategic direction of our creator recruitment efforts, perform outreach on high-potential creators to source, and monitor and report on key metrics related to outreach efforts. The ideal candidate should be excited about interacting with leading social media creators across the beauty vertical.Â
Reports to: SVP, Creator Growth and Success
How you will make an impact
- You will build and lead a division of our Creator Acquisition team to effectively source, recruit and activate the next wave of creators to LTK. This includes explaining the benefits of LTK within the total creator commerce ecosystem, setting creators up on LTK, and getting these creators activated in partnership with our Creator Success (retention) team. Â
- Test and develop outreach strategies to appeal to each segment of creators (by focus-category, demographic, geography, etc.)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is invigorated by a goal and has the leadership skills to motivate a team of sales reps to achieve their individual targets
- Test and iterate on recruitment strategy including outreach type (1:1 email vs. local events) to achieve their goals
- You have strong people motivation and management skills: able to inspire teammates, report on activities relative to targets
- Organization and time management skills
- Communication skills (i.e., is able to clearly set timing and output expectations with other teams with which they will be collaborating)
- Document recruitment activities and share learnings with other teams
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure white-glove service to new creators after they join the LTK platform
- Some travel required
What you will bring to LTK
- 5+ years of professional sales or recruiting experience
- 3+ years of net-new sales leadership experience
- Charismatic learner who is enjoys making new connections and meeting new faces
- Passionate about creator commerce and creators
- Comfortable with performance metrics and ability to make detailed plans to meet them
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Experience working across multiple teams in multidisciplinary environments
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Other relevant experience can include different sales or recruiting roles
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
- Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback
