About the Role
Caribou is looking for an experienced person with marketing and consumer credit analytical skills to drive Caribou’s direct marketing and credit acquisition efforts. In this role, you will:
- Oversee the Direct Mail marketing strategy and consumer credit related decision
analytics across the credit spectrum and work closely with credit bureaus and third party
data providers - Work closely with Caribou’s Credit and Data Analytics teams to develop data-driven
strategies, to build response and conversion models, and to analyze campaign results
Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate the impact of mailing efforts - Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure direct marketing program is compliant
with regulatory requirements
This role can be based out of Caribou offices in Washington, DC and Denver, CO. Alternatively, this role may work remotely from a state where Caribou operates*. This role may require attendance at occasional in-person team meetings.
About You
You have 10+ years experience in consumer credit and marketing analytics. You are well recognized in your field and have built and managed teams and are able to work at a high growth startup. You:
- Have extensive analytical experience working on marketing channels
- Have experience in developing relevant credit attributes for selection process
- Familiar with the basic regulatory and legal requirements for designing Direct Mail
programs - Familiar with lending products
- Experience with working with Prime and Near Prime data
- Worked with credit bureaus or other information sources
- Organized, process and detail driven
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Team player and open to training and building expertise
- Able to work with company wide teams

- Competitive base salary: $175K- $195K
