Director CRM Operations
Job Description
The SFMC Developer - SME will have a high confidence in developing and executing technical implementations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate is motivated by complex problems that are data driven and customer focused. This position requires the ability to utilize data, have a deep understanding of customer journey design and implementation as well as deliverability best practices and technology to identify the biggest impacts on driving conversions through automation.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a trusted source of knowledge in Marketing Cloud best practices and its growing number of capabilities.
- Contribute to and lead efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new Marketing Cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with a cross functional team to determine the best path for Salesforce platform implementation, configuration, data migration, and integration.
- Help design, code, test and review iterative improvements.
- Build customer relationship email/mobile automation solutions to reach and acquire new members.
- Build custom queries in Automation studio to segment audiences.
- Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures.
- Participate in or lead complex troubleshooting and resolve critical technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of understanding and experience working hands-on in Marketing Cloud implementations.
- 5+ years’ experience of programming languages in SFMC including SQOL (and Query Studio experience), AMPscript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript.
- SalesForce Marketing Cloud Certification (SFMC).
- Progressive levels of responsibility within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage, educate, influence and guide others at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
