As the Director of Customer Growth at 7shifts you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the long-term success of our restaurant customers. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, while working collaboratively with different teams across the organization to build and implement strategies to increase customer revenue by driving value, all while improving satisfaction and retention.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the VP, Customer Success to develop a revenue-focused customer success strategy aligned with company goals to increase customer lifetime value, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal rates
- Establish and monitor clear key performance indicators (KPIs) to track customer success metrics and revenue generation
- Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to the Customer Success leaders and enable them to successfully level up their functions and their team members
- Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment in revenue generation efforts
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings and customer experience
What you bring:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in effectively building and leading high-performing Sales teams, in the SMB space, with a strong focus on revenue generation, including experience leading other leaders
- History of consistently over-delivering on sales targets
- Demonstrated success in driving customer expansion, retention and revenue growth in a SaaS or subscription-based business model
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in utilizing customer success metrics and data to drive decisions
- Strong empathy for customers while being able to think strategically to develop and achieve growth targets
It’d be even cooler if you had:
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, metrics-driven and monthly-target sales environment
- Specific knowledge of Salesforce, Catalyst or another Success Platform
- Previous experience in the restaurant-tech industry
