RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for a Director, Customer Sales who will join as a key component of the RocketReach team! You will work closely with the VP of Sales to oversee all of Customer Sales, including our Sales Management teams. The Director, Customer Sales will develop and build strategic plans to facilitate customer growth and Sales team development.

- Create and manage all of the outbound strategies for RocketReach
- Oversee the usage of our customer success software, Totango
- Drive customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience
- Engage with customers for cross-sell/upsell opportunities and holding accountability for client renewal and retention results
- Must have at least 8 years experience with Sales and/or Customer Success
- 2+ years minimum of management experience leading sales and/or customer retention teams
- Demonstrated experience leading managers of teams in a SaaS company or similar industry
- Experience developing strategies around outbound contact, customer retention, and growth
- Knowledge and experience working with small and large scale customers
- Must have Experience in SalesForce and Totango
