What will you be doing at Slalom San Francisco?
• Drive sales and operations for a growing practice area.
• Mentorand develop consultants of all skill and experience levels.
• Solve our clients' most critical and difficult problems by applying a cloud-first and other modern data architecture and advanced analytics perspective.
• Lead Slalom initiatives both internally and in the local data community to help drive growth, connection, and impact
• Work with Slalom experts to shape offerings and impactful solutions
• Partner with external alliances to identify and develop go-to-market offerings
• Develop proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SOW) and proactively identify opportunities for Slalom in delivery and net new environments; direct pursuits and/or sales solutioning
• Work with a fun, collaborative team where everyone can be themselves and are provided the opportunity to love their work and life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience, preferably in consulting management, with at least 7+ years consulting specifically in data architecture and engineering solutions.
• Previous experience overseeing and actively managing a business line of $5MM+.
• Deep expertise in building, architecting, and delivering enterprise solutions in AWS, GCP, Azure, or other modern data architecture tools/services
• Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e. growing new accounts/clients from the ground up.
• A demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience; including directing and growing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
