Job Description:

• Seeking candidates with previous hands-on leadership experience, and implementation of data mart, data lake, data interchange, and data warehouse
• Proven track record of leading teams that have successfully built and launched products in highly scalable growth markets
• Experience in building an organization within a fast-paced and highly regarded technology company, experience with leading transformational change
• Direct partnership with business product leadership to develop strategies and technology roadmaps
• Positive client engagement at senior levels, managing and navigating with peers and business line leaders, and engagement across the Protect matrix of services
• IT Solution development that aligns with our company's strategic architecture
• Manage offshore vendor solutions and deliverables

Job Qualifications:

• 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in Data Engineering and/or Software Development leadership
• 7-10 years experience in leading technology teams
• BS in Computer Science or an equivalent degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of support in cloud-based Data technologies
• Experience developing or leading development teams in the following, and/or similar technologies: SSIS, SSRS, Informatica, Big Query, Google Data Flow, Google Cloud Platforms
• Previous experience working with offshore vendor solutions
• Proven communication skills are a must
