The Director, Data Management is responsible for managing the delivery of data solutions to support CDPHP business needs. This position plays a key role in leading corporate initiatives and working with IT, Business and vendor partners to deliver required data solutions.

This role works closely with external partners, vendors, internal customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to utilize data management tools and enhance CDPHP solutions to drive strategic value for the organization and improve business processes. Provides corporate leadership, vision and direction for data solutions to support the company's long-term business objectives and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in computer science or related discipline is required (Master's degree preferred). Four (4) years relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Seven (7) years of leadership/management/supervisory experience in a complex Enterprise Information Technology environment is required.
  • Ten (10) years of experience with building or maintaining large scale data systems in complex IT environments is required.
  • Five (5) years of experience in clinical healthcare-related data structure and interface standards, including HL7 v2, HL7 CCDA, HL7 FHIR.
  • Familiarity with CMS interoperability regulations applicable to healthcare payers is required
  • Highly experienced in complex systems, healthcare technologies and production problem resolution required.
  • Deep understanding of data management concepts, technologies and design approaches.
  • Understanding of how to structure data to support varied business processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Ability to support change within an organization and develop stakeholder support.
  • Ability to form positive and productive relationships with business leaders.
  • Experience and maturing processes within an organization to increase quality, productivity and reduce costs.

Annual salary range: $150,000 - $176,000

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
