This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Demand Generation in the United States.
This leadership role is responsible for owning and scaling a global demand generation engine that drives high-quality pipeline and accelerates business growth. You will craft and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance across the full funnel, and ensure measurable ROI from awareness to SQLs and closed revenue. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Partners to translate value propositions into impactful demand programs. You will lead a growing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role is data-driven, highly strategic, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation and results go hand in hand.
Accountabilities:

Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, from awareness through MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.

Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel programs, including digital campaigns, ABM, outbound, events, and partner-led initiatives.

Continuously test, iterate, and introduce new ideas to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Translate value propositions into persona-based, industry-specific demand motions that resonate with target audiences.

Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting for MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics.

Manage the demand tech stack, including marketing automation, CRM integrations, and campaign workflows.

Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure alignment, smooth handoffs, and co-marketing opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing demand generation team, establishing priorities, accountability, and a culture of excellence.

8–12+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of building and scaling B2B SaaS or technology demand programs.

Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, campaign architecture, and funnel analytics.

Experience supporting sales-led and ABM motions with measurable results.

Ability to operate in flexible, fast-moving environments and create structure where needed.

Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in retail, grocery, or multi-location industries is a plus but not required.

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization focus.

Competitive base salary: USD $120,000–$135,000 (CAD equivalent, adjusted by location).
