Overview:Â
The Demand Partnerships Team for InMobi Exchange oversees our relationship with Demand Side Platform (DSP) clients globally and is responsible for programmatic revenue generation from them. The team manages the most strategic omnichannel demand partner relationships across the world, driving ad revenue on the platform from over 20K+ advertisers, ~80% of Fortune 500 brands. We are focused on deeply understanding these businesses, growing InMobi’s market share, and developing our reputation of being an industry leader in the in-app mobile marketing space. Â

The Director, Demand Partnerships oversees a small team overseeing top-tier DSP clients across the globe to build relationships with their organization across their supply, demand and product teams and seek opportunities to scale the account and create stickiness by identifying strategic and multiyear partnerships. Â

The impact you'll make: Â
- Manage and lead a team of senior members to scale high priority omnichannel DSP relationships Â
- Identify exchange-wide initiatives that impact revenue across the Demand Partnerships division and company as whole Â
- Be the primary expert and stakeholder in omnichannel signaling, product enhancements, SPO communication strategies, and the relationship owner for Omnichannel DSPsÂ
- Set strategic priorities internally, and maintain a feedback loop between product, marketing, supply and demand to ensure all internal parties are receiving and actioning on feedback from top tier partners Â
- Identify and close strategic up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding core client business and product needs Â
- Derive actionable insights from data and shape business decisions Â
- Hit quarterly revenue and strategic goals Â
- Contribute to the InMobi culture Â
Â
The experience we need: Â
- Bachelor’s Degree Â
- 8-15 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Advertising Technology space Â
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability Â
- Self-starter – able to tackle new clients or territories with little mentorship Â
- Agile learner – able to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes Â
- Comfortable working with several different teams inside the organization to collaborate and grow an account Â
- Established record of exceeding revenue expectations Â
- Prior experience of owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography Â
- Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment. Â

Award-winning culture, best-in-class benefits Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors including role, nature of experience, skills and location.Â
The base (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $140,706 USD to $222,784 USD (Min and Max of Base Pay range). This salary range is in applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation. Â

*Our ranges may vary basis final location / region / or fully remote roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.Â

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock aids us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on such a company’s best interest at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s). As you contribute to the growth of your company, certain stocks may be issued to you in recognition of your contribution. Â
