About the job

As Director of Device Warranty, you will build & scale device warranties & financial products that have an impact. You will be leading initiatives that make sustainable consumption the first choice for customers & building solutions to empower our partners to be part of the Circular Economy.

Your Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership to grow and expand the current suite of fintech strategic products & services (across device warranties, vendor financing, subscriptions, and more)

- Execute long-term strategic partnership deals through careful evaluation, selection & negotiation with relevant fintech partners.

- Engage cross-functional business stakeholders across product, technology, marketing, data & finance to ensure timely product development and launch.

- Design the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience from discovery to purchase and consumption of fintech products while conducting regular market research and surveys to optimise CSAT/NPS.

Your Background

- Minimum 5+ years prior qualified experience working in the fintech domain.

- Experience in launching & growing fintech products across warranties & B2B financing.

- Hands-on attitude with experience in defining tech product specifications, pricing etc.

- Comfortable with agile product management tools & technologies.

- Superior communication & relationship-building skills with an ability to pitch at C-level.
