Job Description
This role also requires facilitating the transition of the business transformation plan into real-world solutions including the delivery plan and collaborating on architectural governance and controls over implementation.

Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on understanding of Cinch'sseparatekey business functions and operations to enableunifiedbusiness solutionssupported by an Enterprise Technology Roadmap
- Leverage business capability mapping and process modeling techniques to translate strategic and business initiatives into delivery-focused change initiativesacrossIT,Operations, Marketing, Sales, Service, Strategy and Business teams and stakeholders
- Supplement theenterprise businessvision with targetdigitaland technology capabilities, through a current state assessment,in orderto provide rationale, feasibility and timeline for delivery investments
- Provide cross-functionalDigital and Technology leadership from vision through planning, execution and supportto realize enterprise business and functional goals, including:
- Interact and partner with a diverse range of people, from highly technical software developers to Senior Executive stakeholders to standardize and prioritizeenterprise-wide functional& technologyroadmaps and backlogs
- Assembly and/or partnershipwith Team andProject Managers to create cross-enterprisedelivery scope, estimates andproject plans
- Assurance of reliability and supportability of delivered solutions through gathering and delivery of non-functional requirements
- Identify and manage capabilities and relationshipswithvendorsand third-parties required to deliver solutions, to ensure alignment with the vision, desired target state, and the benefits they bring to the business
- Deep collaboration across stakeholders and IT departments(egQA, PM, Process, Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Infrastructure), and vendors for unified deliveryand tracking to functional goals, backlogsand commitments
- Correlation ofdeliveryeffort to business value(helping the business focus on Value Driven Delivery)- own confirmation of delivered value/ROI on associated projects
- Help establish processes and methods to execute ongoing Value Driven Delivery of business capabilities consistently
- Lead analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture - advance architecture, process and tools through innovation, cutting edge technology and research
- Lead and manage functional team members in the IT department including grooming of team/talent to meet business and technology team objectives
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Qualifications
Skills and competencies for this role are the combination of soft skills, knowledge of business, system thinking, change management techniques, awareness in business changes in the economic environment and technology, including:
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Engineering orsimilarcombination ofBusiness and Technology
- 5+ years ofexperienceplanning and deployingdelivering enterprise functional and technical solutions to support the business
- 3+ years Estimating and Project Management acumen required for delivery and tracking of execution across the SDLC
- Demonstrated experience with Application Lifecycle Management, SDLC, and Support, Traditional & Agile PM Methodologies
- Broad, enterprise-wideunderstanding of business principles and concepts, understanding of how markets influence business, what are the differentiating factors of the business, what and how values are created, and how strategy development may be supported
- The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
- Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniquesincludingusing model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
- Strong Diagnostic & Analytical Capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to think about business in a way that is abstracted from how business functions are implemented by technology
- Consulting mindset, which allows a business architect to support the strategy development
- Design thinking, which enables synthesizing of many ideas into big-picture view that shows the connection between business intention and business action
- Being an agent for change, who uses business architecture to agitate and initiate action and challenge others via business designs and solutions, which drive requirements to the business operational and organizational structures
- Ability to work in a mission critical fast-paced environment with ability to work flexible hours
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
- Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
- The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business
- Liferay or CMS knowledge is good to have but not required
- Experience with e-commerce services and digital marketing capabilities
- Preferred experience desired with Contact Center, Warranty or Insurance, Supply Chain and Service Network Industry Experience
