SonicWall is seeking a talented and experienced leader to serve as our Marketing Director of Digital & Web. As a critical member of our marketing leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our cybersecurity organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital and design strategy and brand/reputation management alongside partner/campaign marketing. You will lead a team responsible for creating and executing digital strategies that drive our digital ecosystem, including demand generation activities to generate high-quality leads, engage prospects, and contribute to revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and design strategy to optimize our website and online platforms incorporating B2B and demand generation best practices.

· Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of our website.

· Lead a cross-functional team of digital experts, including web developers, UX designers, and content specialists.

· Strong understanding of digital landscape and how/where bridges are built between paid social, search and other channels to drive seamless user experience.

· Enhance cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and maintain data privacy.

· Problem-solve and provide strategic solutions for digital challenges and opportunities.

· Collaborate with other departments to align digital initiatives across our online ecosystem with overall business goals top of mind.

· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital presence remains competitive.

· Experience distilling complex and high volumes of data into simple KPIs and data visualizations / dashboards / scorecards.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

· 12+ years of experience in digital, design or creative strategy/programs for B2B, web development partner programs and/or marketing

· 10+ years in cybersecurity and technology

· Proven experience in website/design strategy, management and execution. Can lead a team of more than 5 individual contributors.

· Strong understanding of partner marketing and/or co-marketing initiatives is a plus.

· Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.

· Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems and digital platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMrush).

· Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
