We are currently seeking a Director, Digital Client Experience (DCX) to join our team. The Director, DCX must have a client-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, expertise in digital processes, and the willingness to roll up their sleeves as a leader in guiding how we work internally and support our digital clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of client-facing components related to digital project process including but not limited to development of project plans, client status meetings, scopes of work and more
  • Collaborate with digital department leadership team to optimize internal communication, tools, and process in support of bettering the client experience and how we work
  • Directly manage and mentor the DCX team, facilitating personal growth and setting them up for success in their individual roles and at Monigle at large
  • Maintain timely and effective communication within and across teams
  • Build trusting relationships across the organization and with clients
  • Navigate competing priorities and client expectations on Enterprise-level projects
  • Lead and manage complex engagements that span cross departmental teams
  • Seek to understand clients' business objectives and make educated recommendations on digital strategy and best practices
  • Use a working knowledge of digital principles to encourage new approaches and creative thinking around project deliverables and product enhancements
  • Contribute to the agency's set of methodologies and best practices, as well as roadmap development for existing products and offerings
  • Participate and represent Monigle in new business initiatives via participation in RFPs and client pitches
  • Drive organic growth with digital clients, identifying new opportunities and facilitating cross-functional growth conversations
  • Further establish the DCX practice as a strategic, forward-thinking capability
  • Maintain a relentless drive toward excellence, both in how the DCX team functions internally and in the experience we are creating for our clients

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in an account management/client service position
  • 5+ years management experience
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, digital strategy and/or SaaS product management
  • Working knowledge of software development cycles and agile methodology
  • Experience in content management systems
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an orientation to action and a problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of Jira a plus

Salary range: $115,000 - 137,000
  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience - reach out to us to learn more.
