Job Description
Location:
- Must be located in Chicago, Illinois or willing to relocate. Occasional travel may be required. We are open to a hybrid model, but prospective hire should plan to work out of our Wicker Park office three times per week.
Function:
- Create integrated media strategy of all channels, drive alignment across internal and external teams, and deliver flawless execution in the assigned channel.
- Leverage marketing, customer, and business data to form insights and hypotheses to improve campaign performance.
- Accountable for results, ongoing optimizations, testing new channels/tactics/capabilities and cost savings for all client programs.
- Coordinate pacing materials and daily performance measurements.
- Participate in the design and integration of go-to-market media strategies that effectively drive business outcomes as a function of the greater media eco-system.
- Understand business operating models and changing consumer behaviors to adapt to an everchanging media landscape.
- Regularly create presentations to socialize and get buy-in from clients; lead implementation with careful attention-to-detail.
- Oversee the work of multiple specialists, train technical knowledge and manage workflow. Provide strategic guidance and oversight; consult with cross-departmental leadership to improve agency knowhow
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience from an in-house media term or have agency experience. Either or, the ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to deliver against immediate, near, and long-term objectives.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Able to interpret disparate data and draw conclusions to routinely optimize and execute marketing strategies. Advanced Excel skills desired.
- Hands-on SEM experience, managing performance media campaigns in channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and/or OLV.
- Knowledge of SEO appreciated.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360, Google Data Studio. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and competency desired.
- Strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills. Comfortable developing and delivering crisp and concise presentation to clients.
