Job Description
Primary task include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the strategic consultant for the marketing and sales team on digital marketing.
- Develop, manage and monitor digital marketing budgets, reporting and performance.
- Further develop strategic roadmap for digital engagement using journeys and marketing automation.
- Work with social media, digital advertising, email and website teams to ensure coordination of strategies and a cohesive customer experience across digital channels.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies that can support NCQA strategies.
- Exhibit an ROI approach to performance marketing.
- Create and implement measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase customer acquisition, conversion, and growth tied to goals.
- Oversee and drive digital, multichannel marketing including SEM, SEO, Display, email and social channels.
- Work in collaboration with the team to drive organic search ranking results and develop strategic plans for paid media to drive growth in leads and conversions.
- Implement analytics, dashboards and ROI analysis to optimize performance media and lead marketing for acquisition, nurture, conversion and renewals.
- Oversee the development of email journeys to achieve specific objectives throughout the customer journey.
- Oversee Account Based Marketing Programs working in partnership with sales and sales operations.
- Lead on a cross-departmental digital marketing team.
- Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Day-to-day coaching help the team improve their sales skills and move opportunities forward.
- Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
- Develop and manage best practices for digital marketing.
- Measure key metrics for digital marketing and demand generation including acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, and renewal rates.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree (or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates the necessary requirements of this position).
- 10+ years marketing experience/8+ years digital marketing experience
- Experience managing a digital marketing team. (preference given to those candidate who worked at, or experience selling to, health plans, provider organizations and employers.)
- Experience in a B2B growth-oriented environment.
- Experience driving social and developing online communities that act as a 'call to action' for products or services.
- Ability to build effective relationships and operate as a member of a team.
- Strong understanding of full marketing tech stack including WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar marketing automation systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience with HTML and WordPress. (preference given to candidates with coding experience more specifically HTML and PHP)
- Expertise with Google Analytics. (preference given to candidate who are Google AdWords/Google Analytics certified)
- Experience working with a CRM. (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively.
- This position may require some travel.
