About the job

As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our B2B software solutions. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing in the B2B software sector and a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning through effective messaging and creative marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize the company's digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to track performance, measure KPIs, and continuously optimize digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the B2B software industry, and apply them to enhance our marketing efforts.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B software solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.

Location 

This role can be based in Singapore or Sydney
