Job Summary
As the Director of Digital Sales Yield, you will lead the charge in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital sales operations. You will focus on streamlining sales processes, reducing fallout rates, and ensuring a seamless experience for our new and existing customers. Your expertise in automation and data-driven decision-making will be critical in improving sales performance, increasing customer satisfaction, and achieving best-in-class yield rates.
Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Digital Sales Yield Strategy: Create a comprehensive strategy to improve sales yield across all digital channels. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and customer journey enhancements to drive revenue growth and improve overall performance.• Automate Sales Workflows: Evaluate the existing sales processes and identify areas that can be automated for increased efficiency and reduced fallout. Implement sales automation tools and technologies to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.• Optimize Customer Journey: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map the customer journey and identify pain points. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the digital customer experience, reduce friction, and improve customer satisfaction throughout the digital sales process.• Analyze Sales Performance: Utilize data analytics and sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Identify areas of improvement, monitor key KPIs, and develop actionable plans to enhance sales yield.• Implement Customer Feedback Mechanisms: Establish mechanisms to collect and analyze customer feedback related to the digital sales process. Leverage customer insights to drive continuous improvement and address customer pain points effectively.• Foster Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to align efforts and ensure seamless integration of sales yield initiatives with other departments. Collaborate on the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance sales operations.• Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital sales and automation. Apply industry insights to enhance the company's digital sales yield strategy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred).• Proven experience (8+ years) in digital sales with a strong focus on automation, process optimization, and customer satisfaction improvement.• Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of delivering tangible results in digital sales yield improvement.• Expertise in implementing sales automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.• Proven experience in enhancing customer satisfaction through process improvements.• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to drive business success.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $121,715.00 - $194,744.00 /year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
