Accountabilities:

  • Lead and inspire the sales organization responsible for driving adoption of digital therapeutic solutions across healthcare institutions, providers, and B2B partners.
  • Oversee post-sale utilization efforts, ensuring effective patient onboarding, engagement, and appropriate use of the therapeutic solution.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that support market penetration, revenue growth, and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with market access teams to support reimbursement strategies and payer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with medical, product, legal, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of commercial and clinical strategies.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a senior leader responsible for aligning sales and utilization efforts with broader organizational goals and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends to continuously refine strategy and execution.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
    • 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, digital health, or healthcare sales/operations leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
    • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including providers, health systems, and payer dynamics.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead both strategic commercial planning and operational execution in complex environments.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation in emerging markets.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a patient- and customer-centric approach.
    • Willingness to travel as needed (moderate to significant, depending on location).
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive opportunities.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
      • Generous 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
      • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave programs.
      • Short-term and long-term disability insurance fully provided.
      • Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance programs.
      • Life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment coverage.
      • Flexible, remote-friendly work arrangements depending on role requirements.
