The Role:

The Digital Transformation Director will define and drive strategic projects across the Innovation Space for Acrisure. Value innovation, design thinking and play a crucial role in evolving our business. This role leads a team that will be responsible for cross-functional strategic initiatives, working directly with Executive leadership in the organization to solve complex strategy and business problems critical to Acrisure’s digital transformation effort. Projects include digital implementation, analysis and recommendations related to strategy, growth, business model, go-to-market strategies, operations, productivity, execution and process/system scalability. Responsible for managing internal teams and external partners including management consultants and other service providers.

Here are some of the ways in which you’ll achieve impact:

  • You can identify, design, lead and support a wide range of strategic projects by structuring
    complex business problems and delivering recommendations
  • Manage internal teams and coordinate closely with workstream/initiative owners to develop and
    execute value creation plans, roadmaps and business cases
  • Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather information, conduct
    detailed analysis, drive effective communication, deliver recommendations, and provide project
    leadership
  • Provide guidance and leadership to project teams around critical activities to meet overall
    deadlines and actively look for revenue/cost/cash and timeline improvements, with ability to
    quickly identify and mitigate potential obstacles
  • Drive change across the organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development,
    project management and execution) to do what it takes to drive results and have an impact
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior management review and board meetings
  • Balance multiple projects while providing clear thinking and excellent attention to detail in a
    dynamic work environment

You may be fit for this role if you:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience (or MBA with a minimum 2 years of experience) at a top-tier
    management consulting, insurance or insuretech organization; or minimum of 7 years of experience in a
    relevant field such as corporate strategy, corporate development or business operations
  • Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Ability to lead senior level project & program managers and handle multiple tasks independently
    and effectively
  • Successful management of cross-functional teams to drive process analysis, improvement and
    implementation
  • Excellent team player with demonstrated ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and
    changing priorities
  • Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth
    environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presence in front of senior
    executives
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while being able to think strategically and stay
    focused on the big picture
  • Understanding of Insurance is a plus 
    It’s not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of these areas.
