  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to align field operations with technology evolution and client delivery needs.
  • Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in drone operations, geomatics, infrastructure inspection, reality capture, or related field-based technical programs.
    • Proven experience managing distributed teams, contractor networks, or multi-site operational systems.
    • Strong knowledge of RPAS/UAV operations, including regulatory frameworks and safety compliance.
    • Experience developing SOPs, certification programs, operational standards, and quality assurance systems.
    • Familiarity with geospatial data collection, photogrammetry, or infrastructure asset inspection methodologies.
    • Strong systems thinking, analytical ability, and experience solving complex operational challenges in dynamic environments.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
    • Experience in regulated environments and comfort operating within strict safety and compliance requirements.
    • Bonus: Transport Canada Advanced RPAS certification, NDT or structural health monitoring experience, or exposure to thermal inspection systems.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive annual compensation with flexibility based on experience, plus potential overtime opportunities during field operations.
      • Meaningful equity participation through stock options, enabling long-term shared success in company growth.
      • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
      • Performance-based bonus structure rewarding operational impact and leadership contribution.
      • Flexible working arrangements, including remote work within Canada and adaptable scheduling.
      • Paid vacation and time off to support work-life balance.
