As Director of Employee Experience, you will design and improve the employee experience aligned to our company culture, and lead, implement and manage projects that support the achievement of our strategic priorities. You will create the strategy and implementation of our winning culture initiatives, underpinned by our core values. You will develop, manage, and drive all initiatives tied to our global employee development strategy and talent programs to strengthen our people and organizational capabilities and performance. You will own an innovative and effective learning ecosystem, which inspires and enables impactful development experiences.
This position reports to the Chief People Officer.
Insight on your impact:- Build and execute employee onboarding programs, ensuring newly hired employees have a best-in-class experience starting on day one
- Build career development programs
- Build out the learning and development function to include leader and manager competencies, new manager training, compliance training, and professional skills training
- Develop retention programs such as mentoring, internships, career pathing, etc.
- Oversee the performance management process, raising accountability for all Anaplanners
- Develop and lead talent management and succession planning programs to increase Anaplan’s bench strength, and accelerate development and retention of key talent
- Develop approaches to maintain and grow Anaplan’s culture focused on our core values
- Establish metrics and develop strategies for continued improvement of employee engagement
- Grow, coach, develop and mentor the employee experience team
Your qualifications and influence…
- 15+ years experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development
- 8+ years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, relevant post-graduate degree or certifications a plus
- Executive coaching experience preferred
- Experience building or growing talent functions
- Experience supporting functions in an international organization with globally dispersed staff
- Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, analytical, and written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead a function in a matrixed environment
- Exhibits exceptional integrity, judgement, discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive and personal information
- Ability to travel internationally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
