You will...
  • Serve as a technical expert in the enterprise wide platform and be a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Lead governance process, road mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning.
  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.
  • Liaise with vendors or consultants on utilizing ERP integration methodologies to map business processes to ERP modules.
  • Identify and communicate cross-functional dependencies related to changes on the platform.
  • Assess budgetary implications of changing, expanding, or implementing new ERP vendor platforms, in relation to organizational needs.
  • Set policy for administering user acceptance testing and subsequently develop strategies for improving system usability.
  • Enhance stakeholder engagement and timely communications.
  • Drive QA, testing, change control, and tollgate management.
  • Lead the support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects.
  • Maintain an integrated Master Schedule for the program and its platform.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities.
  • Develop and promotes continuous learning within the support team.
  • Provide Go-live readiness assessments.
  • Ensure and/or facilitates process and documentation standards.
  • Maintain a documents repository of knowledge capital of the system.
  • Facilitate and drive regular and ad hoc Steering Committee meetings.
  • Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance.
  • Responsible for issue management.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.
  • Determines appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Builds an effective leadership team through mentoring and formal education that focuses on management and project management principles.
  • Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
  • Direct and mentor leaders on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
  • Direct and coach leaders on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.
  • Accountable for collective results and recognizing others' contributions and share credit for success.
  • Own attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of program and initiatives within group to attain high employee satisfaction.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ability to interact collaboratively and communicate effectively with external, internal customers, and stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment.
  • Prepare and manage budget as assigned; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance.

  • 12+ years of experience in a similar field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP languages and communicates with programmers and other specialists on matters of file design, testing, debugging, storage, access, and related activities.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization, including breaking down complex topics for target audiences.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of Agile vs Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities.
  • Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation.
  • Ability to navigate a complex organization, run tightly managed projects, and present and discuss issues appropriately to executive level leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Ability to motivate and set the direction for a team.
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills communicating clearly and concisely with excellent presentation skills and the ability to lead meetings internally and externally.
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.

Salary: $140,000.00 - 192,500.00
