What You'll Do
- As Director, Enterprise Architect and part of the End to End Solutions team, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business pain points, develop an enterprise architecture, tech strategy, and a plan to drive necessary change across core business systems.
- Apply deep understanding of various business technologies and enablement to execute an enterprise strategy and accelerate revenue opportunities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and at all levels of the organization to manage expectations & deliver successful outcomes in alignment with strategy.
- Forward thinking, process-oriented mind-set with natural ability to anticipate impacts, assess change and drive alignment across various Slalom workstreams.
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and support with navigating various priorities.
- Drive sales opportunities, including proposal construction, estimations, deal pricing, and conduct contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align sales opportunities with technology capabilities.
- Work with solution leaders and architects to oversee market accelerators and deliverables across various networks/platforms/infrastructure/software.

10+ years of design and implementation experience with various solutions across multiple of the below technology offerings (not an exhaustive list):

- IOT
- DevOps
- AI/ML
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technology challenges
- Experience in a senior enterprise architect/leadership role
- Ideally should hold multiple certifications across tech stacks
