Director, Enterprise Digital Marketing Enablement

Responsibilities
Enterprise Digital Marketing Strategy
- Refine and prioritize the digital roadmap to enhance the customer experience across shopping, buying, and owning, in partnership with IT and Business Units.
- Evangelize enterprise digital marketing strategy and initiatives and advise and enable business units on implementation and measurement of performance marketing programs.
- Provide product education and consulting across BUs and Functions on digital marketing and technology initiatives.
- Establish and maintain high-trust relationships across stakeholders and partners.
Enterprise Digital Marketing Implementation
- Consult with BUs on requirements and prioritization for digital marketing initiatives, including website development and performance marketing (user experience optimization, content strategy, SEO, SEM, media strategy and execution, lead management, email), dealer programs, and CRM.
- Consult with BUs on current customer data strategy and database management.
- Source common agency and platform partners and drive adoption across business units and functions to capture efficiencies and leverage scale. Collaborate on agency scopes of work and KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional, cross-business unit digital customer experience leadership council.
- Oversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) strategy and planning and ensure execution at the BU level.
- Prepare regular updates for the leadership team on the progress of programs and associated initiatives.
Enterprise Digital Measurement
- Establish common Enterprise KPIs & Dashboard to measure customer-facing digital progress across the funnel, and, ultimately, determine ROI of key initiatives.
- Ensure collaboration and alignment from BUs on KPI reporting and interface with internal and external partners to create and maintain dashboard.
- Initiate plan to organize and leverage first-party data (registrations, overall brand databases).
- Manage agency partners and establish measurable KPIs to ensure effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, technology, and/or traditional IT.
- In-depth understanding of the digital landscape and marketing technology.
- Excellent, persuasive, interpersonal and presentation skills to lead and influence others.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse and remotely located teams and agency partners to foster collaboration and achieve goals.
- Strategic thinker and strong executor - must have the ability to deliver high-quality initiatives under tight deadlines and on a budget.
- High degree of integrity.
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity; able to be flexible and agile in a constantly evolving environment.
- Highly collaborative and willing to pitch in and help where needed.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, Google Analytics.
- Willing to travel as necessary (up to 25%).
