We are looking for a Growth leader for our Enterprise Product team who will drive the acquisition of enterprise clients and the growth of users within those accounts. Upwork's Enterprise offering provides an on demand digital talent platform to large companies seeking to engage with skilled knowledge workers and agencies to get work done. This involves building a 'whole product' solution that includes the product team working with sales, operations, engineering, marketing, etc. The Director of Enterprise Growth position will have a significant role in the acquisition and expansion of one of the fastest growing products in the Upwork portfolio As the leader for Enterprise Growth, lead the product strategy and work in tandem with the sales/marketing teams to increase the velocity/quality of leads and the account management team to drive adoption of Upwork within our Enterprise Solution. We are looking for a leader that can not only create impact with existing levers within the product but also discover and develop new levers to unlock the tremendous opportunity in this new era of work.

The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $188,000.00 - $297,000.00. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.

Your Responsibilities:
- Define the Enterprise "Land and Expand" growth strategy from a product perspective that works in tandem with marketing and sales. The work you are doing will lead to a significant increase in the number of customers using Upwork's Enterprise Suite
- Drive growth of the Enterprise Product by creating experiences that lead to new leads for the sales team to work and increase the virality of the product within already existing accounts.
- Gain an understanding of customer needs and pain points. Given the scope and accountability of this role, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to guard and improve the end-to-end customer experience for our Enterprise clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Enable execution. You will work with cross-functional partners and the team to create collaboration models, processes, and operations to drive high-velocity execution and deliver high-quality insights, working with a distributed engineering team across North America and Europe.
- Build and leverage partnerships. You will not only work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and other product areas, but will also work with marketing leadership across the Acquisition, Life Cycle Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
