Enterprise Finance Products at ResMed is undergoing a transformation to lay down the right foundation for the organization to achieve 2025 strategy. Global Finance Systems enable setting up the right process flows for employees to be able to serve the customers in the most efficient way. It includes the ERP system ( s ) as well as all the other systems required to build the right insights.
We are looking to expand our team, with a talented Enterprise Product Manager within the Digital Health Technology team. We build and deliver global financial capabilities to global customers and need high-caliber team members to expand our reach and help drive our transformational program to success. You will partner with our senior leadership on DHT as well on Finance's side to develop the right roadmap . You will be responsible for managing all the products. You will manage product lifecycles and delivery from ideation to launch, justify new product development or investments in existing products, determine and document product requirements, and support and product s upport teams.
Let's Talk About The Role
- Build and manage Enterprise financial systems roadmap based on overall applications solution strategy, stakeholder feedback, industry trends, and other research, coordinating with Product Management peers as required
- Develop a build/buy/partner framework for evaluating how to fill enterprise product gaps .
- Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements and document use cases and specifications
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define, prioritize, negotiate, and execute high-level initiatives for the Global Finance team.
- Prioritize what we should build and when with the leadership on DHT as well as Finance side by building out timelines and resource requirements for our product roadmap in a data-driven way .
- Define processes and features through close collaboration with engineers . analysts, and program managers.
- Ensure total alignment between groups by communicating thoroughly with stakeholders about timelines, blockers, product updates, and requirements
- Share your ideas and progress by regularly presenting purposeful, digestible, and thoughtful updates to stakeholders and collaborators .
- Bring a new level of thought leadership to the team and help us rethink how we do product management in the enterprise space.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in healthcare industries preferred
- An intuitive ability to find gaps in alignment, draw clarity out of ambiguous situations, and bring people together to form cohesion and harmony in building the product features.
- Experience working with Agile engineering teams
- Able to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally
- Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems, how they connect with each other and the data flows between them.
- Prior experience in migrating large-scale ERP instances from on- prem to cloud preferred .
