We are looking for a self-driven and motivated team player to join our Enterprise Sales team to help us grow in our post Unicorn stage and enable our customers to hire software engineers in a remote first world from Turing’s Talent cloud. As a Director, Enterprise Sales, you will work closely with- and learn from- Enterprise Sales Executives and the AVP Enterprise Sales to seek new target accounts and grow existing ones. 300+ firms, including those backed by Google Ventures, Andreessen, Founders Fund, Kleiner, and Bloomberg, have employed Turing developers. Since we are in hyper-growth, this role will be crucial in our trajectory forward.


As a Director, Enterprise Sales, you will develop new business as well as grow current business to grow overall client revenue.

 Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a strong business case for Turing through a consultative and value-driven sales process
  • Meet and exceed your sales goals through forging relationships with key decision makers within target accounts with the end goal of securing new business and growing overall client revenue. Identify, prioritize, and track progress towards key account metrics 
  • Stay current on our clients' business, industry, and key objectives and challenges so that you can be a trusted ally in providing thought leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle
  • Work with internal market intelligence team to build and execute comprehensive account plans
  • Present to a wide audience of potential buyers including C-level and executive sponsors both in person and virtually
Requirements:
  • You have Hunting and Farming experience for Management Consulting firms or Tier-1/ Tier 2 IT Services firm building and managing C-level client relationships
  • At Least 5 years of New Customer Acquisition and/ or Account Expansion experience
  • Prior experience in meeting / exceeding quota driven roles
  • Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation skills
  • Desire to go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to make it a win-win for both parties
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related CRM tools
  • Comfortable with using Slack and Zoom 
  • Passionate about the Turing mission
  • Nice to have: Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal departments within enterprise accounts.
