iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director, Enterprise Systems remotely in the US.
COMPENSATION
$180,000 - $190,000
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Successfully complete the SAP S/4HANA Integration Project for Canada, Australia, Mexico, and the US, ensuring all core financial, inventory, and procurement modules are fully operational and verified.
- Implement the Forethought AI toolset to replace the Salesforce AI product set and integrate Forethought Phone capabilities to provide measurable call deflection for the Customer Service team.
- Drive the implementation of the Salesforce Connector to allow real-time data integration between Salesforce Core and Marketing Clouds by the beginning of Q2, FY26.
- Implement at least two AI solutions for SAP, leveraging Joule and Gemini, by the end of FY26, with at least one solution dedicated to the AP team.
- Ensure the SAP Center of Excellence is fully operational by the end of Q3, FY26, with defined work-intake, support, and training processes implemented and socialized company-wide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary technology liaison to the CIO and executive stakeholders.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing enterprise technology teams across multiple domains.
- Drive people management best practices, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and license management, including Salesforce.com and SAP enterprise agreements.
- Understand critical integrations and ensure robust systems architecture aligning with both corporate and software platform standards.
- Own the strategy and execution roadmap across the full global Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure seamless integration and architectural coherence across all Salesforce Cloud platforms.
- Negotiate and manage Salesforce licensing, renewals, and enterprise contracts.
- Own the enterprise SAP strategy, rollout, governance, and roadmap across core domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Billing, Manufacturing & Logistics, Fiori, SAP Joule, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Lead SAP data strategy, including alignment between SAP Reporting and enterprise Data Warehouse solutions.
- Govern EDI strategy, infrastructure, and compliance across the enterprise, including management of third-party EDI partner OpenText and fluency with industry standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
- Oversee core EDI components including EDI Translator, Communication Layer (AS2, SFTP, APIs), and backend SAP integration.
- Champion the adoption of AI technologies, including Claude, Gemini, and Joule, encompassing predictive planning and intelligent automation.
- Partner with the enterprise data platform team on strategy to enable analytics, reporting, and AI-readiness.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that drive competitive advantage.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive enterprise technology leadership experience.
- 10+ years managing Salesforce initiatives at enterprise scale.
- 10+ years managing SAP implementations and programs at enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated success aligning enterprise systems and technology roadmaps to business strategy.
- Proven experience managing and developing large, cross-functional enterprise teams.
- Extensive experience negotiating Salesforce.com enterprise licenses and contracts.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep functional and architectural knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Deep expertise across SAP Finance (GL, AP/AR), Supply Chain, OTC, Manufacturing & Logistics, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP data and reporting strategy versus enterprise Data Warehouse approaches.
- Expertise in ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards, with hands-on knowledge of EDI translators, communication protocols, and SAP backend integration.
- Experience with OpenText EDI solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI applications including predictive planning and process automation.
- Familiarity with modern enterprise data platform architectures.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging C-Suite stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
