What You'll Do:
This role is responsible for directing the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) processes, procedures, and analysis, as well as to provide oversight of the portfolio of projects within its purview. Responsibilities include leading the project intake process, leading the development of EPMO processes and procedures, management of the portfolio and project management (PPM) tools, ensuring compliance of project deliverables, and development of executive reporting for analysis. This role leads and oversees the team that establishes and enforces standards, methodologies, and best practices for data analysis, research, and reporting and drives the facilitation of periodic reviews and internal audits of projects during delivery.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
- Own all reporting and administration for EPMO including executive reporting, portfolio health, and documentation management
- Assess project deliverables for completeness and compliance during the phase gate review process
- Manage the project intake process, initiation, and planning activities to facilitate the scoping and estimation of projects
- Drive the creation and updating of documented EPMO processes, procedures, and controls
- Ensure continuous improvement on project management practices and identifying process bottlenecks for optimization
- Execute and facilitate training on EPMO processes, procedures, controls, and PPM tools
- Drive and manage the analysis of portfolio and project metrics
- Drive and manage the tracking of project budget metrics
- Drive and manage the development and execution of portfolio and project reporting
- Recommend, drive, and manage PPM tools process improvements and features
- Communicate updates on new feature functionality
- Monitor and report on overall adherence to internal project management standards
- Support EPMO participation in regulatory examinations, internal audits, compliance reviews and management self-testing
- Serve as subject matter expert of OCC standard project management guidelines, including OCC project management checklists and templates
- Mentor and manage career growth of direct reports
- Review and ensure that audit and regulatory issues have been resolved

- [Required] Expert experience in data preparation, data analysis, and reporting
- [Required] Expert experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint
- [Required] Expert knowledge of application development and testing processes
- [Required] Expert of authoring reports and dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau or similar tool
- [Required] Proficiency with Agile work management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Certifications
- [Preferred] Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- [Preferred] Agile or Scrum certification
Education & Training
- [Required] Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline
- [Preferred] Master's degree in management, business, or technical discipline
- [Required] 10+ years of experience in project management, project leadership, or lead role in a project management office
