Your Role:

• Lead the finance function for FanCode, active mix of Accounting & Business Finance 
• Preparing the annual operating plan, business KPIs, and partnering in achieving the unit economic goals
• Oversee accounting and cash flow management ; Responsible for closing the books/MIS on a periodic basis
• Audit Management : Statutory/Internal/IFC and others
• Commercial Negotiations and Process improvements/automations 

Must Haves:

• CA with 10+ year’s work experience 
• 3+ years of experience in managing teams
• Experience of working on unit economics i.e AOPs, Business performance, business strategy

Good To Have:

• Robust knowledge of accounting process, ICFR, IND AS
• Loves sports 
• Experience in a fast paced Startup/E-comm/D2C company
• Has worked with C-suite/Founders directly previously
