• Partner with Corporate Planning on communications to the BOD, Executive Committee and leadership team for the office of the CFO
• Develop and Deliver Presentations:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create persuasive presentations for external audiences, internal meetings, and industry events
  • Craft visually appealing slide decks that convey complex information in a simple and concise manner
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all presentation materials
• Communication Strategy:
  • Lead the development of consistent communication strategy across Finance
  • Work with the Digital Transformation team to drive a successful change management
  • Tailor communication strategies for different target audiences to maximize impact
• Training and Coaching:
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on effective communication and presentation techniques
  • Continuously improve presentation skills within the organization to enhance overall communication effectiveness
• Market and Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to incorporate relevant insights into presentations
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate our communication approach and position the company as an industry leader
• Strengthen the "university culture" of continuous learning focused on presentation skills
• Support the agenda for the CFO Office (e.g. All Hands). Lead communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization
