Director, Finance - Sales

We are seeking a Director of Sales Finance to join our Finance team. You will lead a high-performing high-impact team that delivers CFO-level partnership and sophisticated analytics to our Chief Revenue Officer and his global leadership team. Within the Finance organization you’ll advise our Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance and serve as a valued member of our Finance Leadership Team. You’ll have the opportunity to put your fingerprints on a unique and dynamic digital ads platform with global reach.

What you’ll do:

• Provide CFO-level partnering to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Global Sales Organization (GSO) one of the largest teams across the company.

• Advise senior leadership on key elements of our ads sales strategy including sales team quotas and compensation structure and outcomes annual planning and cost of revenue and OpEx forecasting and management.

• Review sales revenue performance and investigate trends to inform weekly updates to executive leadership.

• Lead a high-impact team of well rounded financial and future business leaders.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience; 2+ years of directly related experience as part of 5+ years of technology banking corporate finance economics or consulting experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Deep understanding of financial modeling strategic planning and analytics to drive informed decision-making; ability to translate sales strategy into financial planning models and decision frameworks.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Sales Strategy and Operations Finance Product and other cross-functional teams to propose and assess investment decisions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience building and leading high-performing teams that use analytics and cross-functional collaboration to drive impact at scale.
