Director, Financial Crimes Solutions
Job Description
What You'll Do: As a Director, Financial Crimes Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our BIXER product, including our Screening Solutions, a team of highly trained individuals who work together to provide a professionally managed risk evaluation service to our customers. As the Director, Financial Crimes Solutions, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:
- Individual contribution and innovation relative to your expertise, interest, and organizational need
- Participation in team-wide management initiatives around reporting, shared environment development, streamlining and automating processes
- Development of delivery, tracking and metrics reporting that can be used to drive business decisions
- Thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects
- Identification of emergent trends and opportunities for future client growth and development
- Exploration of exiting data for insights and recommendations for additional sources of data for improvement
About You:
You're a good fit for the role of Director, Financial Crimes Solutions if you have:
- 5+ years financial industry experience focused on new solutions to fight financial crime
- Previous experience designing/implementing financial crimes products and solutions
- Public records, investigative, legal research, and analysis experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Adobe Applications, SharePoint, and online meeting software solutions required
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a demanding, unsupervised fashion
- The ability to deal with people at all levels in a professional manner under all circumstances
- The ability to exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills to elicit a quick response on behalf of the client
- Active listening skills to be used to interpret a client's inquiry and to diffuse a potentially tense client situation
- Demonstrated personnel leadership (mentorship, support, coaching) and line management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into well-structured research/project plans.
- Experience as a technical leader, coordinating and guiding the work of others.
- Experience as a project leader, communicating with stakeholders, scoping, and delivering project work.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance

As required by local legislation for this remote based role, the base compensation range for this position is $137,200 - $254,800. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
