Director, Financial Data & Analytics

Job Description:

The Finance Director, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading both finance digitalization and the Functional Expert team that supports our Outbound, Inbound, Finance and OTC ERP systems. This role is instrumental in defining the strategy and delivery of digitalization to enable deeper business insights and partners with the corporate digital, planning & analytics team to deploy global solutions while developing complementary local solutions. This role also enables the successful uninterrupted operations of our ERP systems with a focus on continuous improvement in support of our business initiatives.

• Role requires strong connection with each team within finance to understand the needs of the function. This role regularly engages with other members of the Finance Leadership team and a community of digital-centric associates.
• Partnership with corporate digital, planning, & analytics team is critical along with ability to influence global digital solutions in support of local business needs.
• Functional Expert team supports every function in the business. Connections with Services, Digital Technologies, and functional leadership enables successful involvement of the FE team across enterprise projects.
• Ongoing engagement with the Pet Nutrition Data & Analytics team ensures a broader understanding of other initiatives across the business and the role we play within finance.
• Requires excellent business partnership, strategic agility, and business acumen to ensure relevance and efficiency of systems and processes, and to maintain and build strong working relationships across teams.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in related field
• 8-10 years experience across related areas: finance, data & analytics, systems
• CPG/FMCG Industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in deploying new solutions
• Successful change management experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Member of the Finance leadership team, sponsor to function's vision and development of associates• Defines the data & digitalization strategy for finance, driving prioritization, influence on global solutions, and deployment plans for global initiatives• Leads advanced reporting & insights associates who deploy global solutions and partner across finance teams to develop relevant local digital solutions• Leads team of Functional Experts across Outbound, Inbound, OTC, and Finance to unlock significant Value Creation for the business by focusing on efficiency improvement of our business processes, capability improvement of the Key User network and continuous, uninterrupted operations of our ERP system• Partners with other data & analytics teams in the business to deliver E2E solutions• Empowers finance community to leverage digital solutions, building capability through training and resources
