Role Summary

We are looking for a Director of Finance to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH.

In this role you will be part of a team which provides FP&A support to the CEO and CFO. The successful individual will forge strong working relationships with the leadership team and advance the analytic capabilities of the corporate FP&A group.

The Director of Business Finance will provide financial leadership and work closely with our CTO, CFO, CEO and CHRO as we transform our technology platforms.  You’ll be joining a smart, creative, and fast-moving FP&A team, and positioning yourself to have an impact from day one!

How you’ll contribute:

• Partner with the business to drive financial success
• Advise, mentor and lead colleagues
• Global reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Build global financial models in anticipation of transition to FP&A tool
• Prepare and present financial reports for the C-Suite and executive team members
• Financial reporting for management, investor presentations and earnings calls
• Drive and/or support commercial priorities across the business (ex. SaaS excellence, commission planning, capitalized software)
• Provide analysis of proposed M&A transactions
• Interact daily with our executive team
• Impact change across the organization

 What will make you successful:

• Proven track record of working with teams to drive change designed to drive efficiency and growth
• 6+ years of relevant progressive experience, software industry preferred
• Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong background and experience working in the IT/Tech Space (i.e., SaaS, or other tech experience)
• A strong communicator with analytical skills and the ability to describe complex material
• Someone who values exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong experience utilizing Excel
• Someone who thrives under deadlines & enjoys the complexity of managing multiple projects
• Reviews requests effectively and provides solutions

 Additional:

• Strong background and experience working in the IT/Tech Space (i.e., SaaS, or other tech experience)
