The Challenge
As a senior member of the enterprise sales finance organization, you will play two important roles to the end of Adobe achieving its strategic objectives and financial targets for the Americas enterprise business. First, you will be the finance business partner to leaders of the Americas Digital Experience sales team, specifically within the solution-led go-to-market segment, where you will shape decisions to drive profitable growth. Second, you will provide Americas-wide FP&A leadership, particularly by maturing and streamlining financial frameworks to enable increased management rigor across the various dimensions of the business. You will report to the senior director of Americas enterprise sales finance and manage a geographically dispersed team of finance professionals.
What You'll Do
- Serve as finance business partner to the VPs of the solutions and growth businesses which comprise Adobe's solution-led GTM segment
- Lead and develop a team of four US-based finance professionals
- Direct financial planning/budgeting in a manner that supports business strategic objectives and prioritizes GTM motions with highest return on investment
- Drive weekly bookings/revenue forecasting and sales team accountability to targets
- Advise on deal structuring approaches for large/complex opportunities
- Manage headcount and operating expenses to budget by identifying and actioning expense efficiencies and/or investment tradeoffs
- Analyze business dimensions, conduct scenario modeling, provide data-driven insights, and influence action on identified opportunities and risks
- Question the status quo - assess current business practices and identify/implement innovative ways to drive increased standardization and effectiveness
- Collaborate with finance peers and the support functions including sales operations, employee experience, and legal
What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of FP&A experience; software industry and sales team partnering experience preferred
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic, desire to learn, attention to detail, and dedication to quality
- Track record of driving a high-performance culture and developing talent
- Advanced analytical abilities with high standards for accuracy
- Ability to sort through high complexity and present upshots in easily digestible formats
- Experience with deal structuring
- Confidence, awareness, and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels and drive impact
- Effective communicator - strong executive presence and verbal/written communications
- Ability to multi-task in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment
- BS in finance or accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $137,500 -- $287,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
