Position Specific Description

This job is responsible for commercial development and optimization of Gas Infrastructure's existing Texas gas transmission systems. Leaders in this role successfully build relationships with existing customers and pursue new opportunities that leverage existing assets while exploring cases to move into new regions. The Manager position will be the main contact for many customers and be required to travel as needed. The development role will be support on growing commercial business so collaboration and guidance with internal stakeholders is also key to meet growth expectations. The role is a dynamic and energetic role with successful candidates ones who are able to find creative solutions for new and existing customers.

Job Overview

This job is responsible for leading development efforts on various gas and liquid assets projects. Leaders in this role successfully move projects forward in pursuit of meeting corporate objectives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Negotiates contracts
• Coordinates and oversees financial modeling/analysis of projects
• Builds and maintains external relationships to assist in origination of project opportunities
• Supervises various contract personnel
• Maintains internal communications in support of target projects
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 10+ years
