You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic ever evolving and changing global medical device business and use best practices to drive sales and market shares.

Your role:

  • You will provide strategic direction and marketing strategy for a portfolio of cardiovascular devices and the associated promotional programs to assure the attainment of business goals.
  • In this leadership role, you will bring your experience in people management skills, coordination, and co-creation of tactics of the annual commercial plan(s), product launch plans (Global Strategy, Local Plans), market modeling, overall marketing strategy & mix, revenue forecasts, and expense plans.
  • Bring your downstream product management, global awareness, business acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skillsets to inspire and influence your team.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 12+ years of experience of relevant marketing and/or sales experience in the medical device industry leading a team of Product Managers, Product Strategists, or Management Consultants
  • Your skills include being strategic, understanding the balance between strategy and tactics, playing offense in marketing, and being responsive to key stakeholder groups.
  • MBA or related graduate degree is preferred.
  • You're a Self-starter with an ability to creatively solve problems and drive decision-making across complex circumstances while building consensus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $275,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
