Within Human Health, our Global Oncology Organization is currently recruiting for a Director, Global Marketing - Lifecycle Strategy, to join the Lifecycle Management and Portfolio Strategy team, reporting to the AVP, Lifecycle Management and Portfolio Strategy.
The Lifecycle Management and Portfolio Strategy team plays a critical role in promoting our Oncology aspirations through developing cross-cutting commercial spirit, strategies and promoting implementation for the Global Oncology organization. We are focused on creatively unlocking the full potential of our portfolio over the long term, working with stakeholders internally and externally, across divisions, functions, and geographies.
This role is for a strategic director who is a self-starter, loves working on complex and strategic topics and who thrives on engaging and directing broadly across the organization to drive towards tangible outcomes.
Key assignments:
Defining the overarching life-cycle management strategy for our Oncology portfolio (with a focus on Oncology) and translating this to priorities for the business:
- Defining scenarios and global sales forecast guidance on biosimilar entry timing and allocate erosion, collaborating with colleagues across the enterprise (Finance, IP, Forecasting, spirited Intelligence, Regions)
- Driving LCM brand strategy and a roadmap for advancing product solutions to the benefit of patients (collaborating with subcutaneous team and co-formulation teams)
- Proving global commercial input into market-specific lifecycle management options in low-middle income countries
- Ensuring we are bringing the best of the enterprise collectively to deliver meaningful progress against prioritized elements of the life-cycle management strategy.
- Ensuring that the overarching lifecycle management strategy and initiatives are well informed by ongoing insights and analytics around customers, competitors, and the broader environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree
MBA or MS /PhD preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
8+ years' working knowledge in pharmaceutical commercial roles (marketing, access, insights)
Strong management, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to influence without authority and partner successfully with business partners across the organization.
Strong problem solving, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.
25% Travel, including some weekends.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
Prior commercial working knowledge on late lifecycle planning and/or biosimilars.
Prior oncology knowledge will be considered.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note, this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as "remote".
Under New York State, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$175,440.00 - $276,200.00
