Director, Global Partner Programs    

 

Aisera is seeking an experienced  Global Partner Programs Director to build, launch and manage the first partner program for a rapidly scaling ecosystem. The successful candidate will have a track record of building global partner programs in a hyper-growth information technology (software) company or line of business for all partner types (SIs, ISVs, VARs, Distributors). 

The role requires a strong channel/partner background and understanding of the various partner business models, how to design from the ground up, investment incentives, and promotional programs to help drive and accelerate Aisera’s business with partners

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design of Aisera’s first global partner programs as a foundation for sales acceleration.
  • Develop, implement and launch a Program Guide that incorporates industry best practices for partner benefits appropriate for a high growth SaaS  growth company including; MDF, tiered incentives and promotional offers. 
  • Develop the partner recruitment strategy, partner criteria, due diligence, on & off boarding process 
  • Own and execute content strategy for the Partner Portal, including all partner facing program materials
  • Own and govern the partner compliance review (twice annum)
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of global partner program activities such as partner recruitment, and program benefit ROI (MDF, Investments, etc.)
  • Over time, develop a Partner Loyalty program that includes a Partner Satisfaction Survey (Partner NPS) baseline and follow on remediations to drive improvements to the partner programs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years managing global partner programs, responsible for implementing and managing partner programs for emerging startups
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partner programs and initiatives; MDF, incentives, joint investments, etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with, influence and manage cross functional team
  •  Willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage aspects of programs manually as needed
  • Track record of driving business insights, actions, and accountability across organizations.
