This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Global Sales Enablement in Canada.

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for transforming sales strategy into consistent, high-performing execution across a global organization. You will design and lead enablement programs that directly impact revenue growth by improving seller productivity and effectiveness. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will align training, tools, and processes with evolving business priorities. This role combines data-driven decision-making with strong leadership and communication to drive measurable outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of sales, product, and operations, ensuring teams are equipped to succeed in a dynamic environment. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of global sales enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in seller performance and revenue outcomes
  • Use data and field insights to identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and implement targeted interventions
  • Develop and deliver role-based training, playbooks, and enablement content aligned with sales priorities and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Build and scale onboarding and ramp programs to accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires
  • Define and standardize sales processes, rules of engagement, and best practices across regions and segments
  • Drive product and pricing launch readiness, equipping teams with messaging, tools, and training for successful adoption
  • Enable frontline managers with coaching frameworks, performance scorecards, and reinforcement mechanisms
  • Continuously measure program effectiveness, optimize enablement strategies, and drive sustained behavior change
  • Leverage AI and modern enablement tools to scale learning, improve efficiency, and enhance field productivity
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience leading sales enablement or revenue-focused programs in global or multi-segment organizations
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
    • Demonstrated success in change management and influencing stakeholders across all levels without direct authority
    • Excellent communication and content development skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for broad adoption
    • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategies across enterprise and commercial segments
    • Experience with enablement platforms and tools (e.g., sales intelligence, content management, or AI-driven solutions)
    • Strong operational mindset with the ability to prioritize, manage competing initiatives, and build scalable processes
    • Leadership experience with a player-coach approach, balancing team development and hands-on execution
    • Familiarity with product-led growth and sales-led growth environments is an advantage
