Advantest Cloud Solutions (ACS) is a strategic business group within Advantest Corporation focusing on building the infrastructure and applications to provide advanced insights in silicon design, development and manufacturing (with an emphasis on testing). ACS embraces a vision of Open Solutions ecosystem and enables customers, ecosystem software partners and research institutes to develop and deploy ML-driven analytics solutions on our real-time data platform.

ACS is looking for a passionate senior leader with a proven track record of driving successful customer adoption of the company's data analytics infrastructure and solutions. The primary role of the position is to identify customer opportunities, develop solution proposals, and manage proof-of-concept (POC) execution. This leader is a member of ACS' leadership team and works closely with other leaders and teams to drive business success.

Responsibility and Duties :

  • Define and implement Solution Integration and Pre-sales (SIP) processes and methodologies that support the end-to-end customer journey and enable the SIP team to be efficient and effective
  • Ensure the SIP team has the necessary tools, training, and support to perform their work
  • Provide technical insights and expertise to support product roadmap planning
  • Oversee the program management process to meet customer support demands and execute projects successfully
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with company goals in partnership with business development and product marketing leaders

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • Deep knowledge of the semiconductor business and testing challenges: An understanding of the unique challenges faced by semiconductor companies and the solutions that are needed to overcome these challenges
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor supply chain business model: An understanding of the relationships and processes that exist within the semiconductor supply chain
  • Customer-facing and consultative selling experience: The ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor operations: An understanding of the design, manufacturing, and in-field processes of the semiconductor industry
  • Strong relationships with key players in the industry: Good relationships with major fabless, IDM, OSATs, and key analytics software partners can be valuable for driving business growth and success
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills: The ability to think ahead and plan for the future, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and company goals
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
