Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Director of Global Supply Chain Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy development and overall execution of Arrow's Supply Chain capabilities. With tight alignment to the sales division, you will develop capabilities and deliver solutions/customer supply chain optimization objectives. Optimizations will require an extensive modelling capability to be developed within Arrow. You will utilize freight and service level data, tariff mitigation strategies, and overall risk and working capital objectives. The Director of Supply Chain Services has expert knowledge of the business and can leverage Arrow's and service partner's capabilities to build relationships and grow our brand.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Work directly with internal and external customers to assess supply chain needs and objectives, design effective solutions and build the business case for implementation
• Lead a cross functional team of project management, supply chain professionals and other functional experts in the development and delivery of program services
• Act as the Supply Chain expert in customer engagements to assess business needs and collaborate on potential solutions
• Project manage the development and delivery of each customer supply chain program
• Develop and manage an integrated 3PL and Arrow network of global service providers
• Integrate service network strategies with long term capacity planning within the Arrow Supply Chain and logistics organization
• Oversee the on-going delivery of program services and support regular business reviews with sales and our customers
• Develop Supply Chain Optimization modeling utilizing our extensive freight, service, tariff data as well as our working capital and inventory management expertise
• Develop the financial models and program costs for the services delivered within the customer programs
• Establish a global cost model and reporting capability to evaluate adherence to expected costs
• Interface with Arrow PDC/Supply Chain leaders to effectively represent our capabilities and manage customer service delivery
• Collaborate extensively with the Arrow Global Supply Chain Services (AGSCS) division leaders and sales to support business growth objectives
• Establishing relationships with key contacts at major customers in a business development role, including making customer visits and attendance at trade shows
• Generate results from a multinational team in a changing and competitive commercial environment
• Up 25% Travel

What We Are Looking For:

• 20 years experience + Supply Chain industry experience
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain optimization and functional knowledge including freight, logistics, 3PL/warehousing, trade compliance
• Strong financial acumen to understand working capital requirements and impacts from supply chain design
• Exceptional analytical skills, ability to create and solve complex business models with billions of dollars in Supply Chain activity
• Experience building Supply Chain solutions for big customers
• Strong customer presence, able to build credibility and confidence quickly
• Fluent English language skills, spoken, written
• Negotiation and people management skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$150,900.00 - $252,120.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
